The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, branding, networking, event marketing, and strategic marketing planning. Experience in the luxury industry is highly preferred. This role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically. You will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.) Branding: Build and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice and image across all platforms Event Marketing: Plan and manage brand events, launches, and partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement Networking & Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, media, collaborators, and key stakeholders Marketing Planning: Assist in creating and executing annual marketing plans and budgets Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights Requirements 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Strong understanding of branding principles and market positioning Demonstrated ability in event planning and partnership building Excellent verbal and written communication skills A creative mindset with an eye for detail and luxury aesthetics Experience in the luxury industry is a strong advantage MBA in Marketing or related field is preferred
