Job Summary:We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruitersto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in recruiting allied healthcare professionals for US-based clients. This includes roles such as medical technologists, therapists, radiology technicians, lab professionals, and other allied health specialists.Key Responsibilities:- Perform full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and offer management. - Source allied healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases. - Understand and meet client requirements for various allied health positions. - Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide timely communication and updates. - Work in US time zones as needed to coordinate with clients and candidates. - Ensure all documentation and compliance protocols are met as per US healthcare standards. - Track and manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System). - Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to fulfill urgent and bulk requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 1–2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment with a focus on allied healthcare roles. - Knowledge of US healthcare terminologies, job roles, and recruitment practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
