We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.Role and Responsibilities- Leading Premier Channel development within the assigned region, driving expansion and channel effectiveness. - Accountable for establishing a strong distribution framework, executing market development activities, and enhancing overall business accessibility. - Designing and executing distribution strategies to ensure long-term, sustainable growth within the partner distribution channel. - Managing the B2B retail business by developing and scaling a partnership-based distribution model for life insurance across the designated territory. - Providing training, guidance, coaching, and motivation to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team. - Taking full ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for the assigned region, ensuring financial performance aligns with business objectives.Prerequisites- Must possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain. - Should have held a regional leadership position with team management responsibilities. - Should have a well-established network of channel partners. - Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
