Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager/Director Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new client relationships across Europe and Middle East markets. This role requires a proven sales professional who can navigate cultural nuances, manage international time zones, and deliver Salesforce services and IT solutions to overseas clients while being based in India.Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in European and Middle Eastern markets Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories and market segments Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers Conduct virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and business pitches across different time zones Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining healthy profit margins Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and provide regular forecasting reports Represent the company at virtual trade shows, webinars, and industry events Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in target regionsRequired Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services/Salesforce solutions. Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling to clients in Europe and/or Middle East. Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas ($1M+ annual targets preferred). Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Experience selling through a partner ecosystem like Salesforce, AWS, SAP, or Microsoft. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with cultural sensitivity. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation platforms.
