Position: Intermediate Systems Administrator Location - Gurugram, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune (Hybrid – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)Duration: Permanent RoleGeneral Job Description Systems Administrator- Organizes, installs and supports an organization's computer systems and application.Application administration (creation, modification of data, reporting, log information, etc)Skill Description: The GRC Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the overall administrative management of the Archer eGRC platform. This will include support and maintenance of any eGRC system environment across multiple instances (i.e. development, test and production). Additional front-end development support and 3rd party system integration will also be required as additional modules are configured and deployed, or entirely new solutions are created.ResponsibilitiesJob Duties3 - 8 Yrs of experience as Administer and maintain the Archer platform, ensuring performance and reliabilitySupport users by troubleshooting issues related to Archer use casesProvide support for necessary interfaces and ensure data feeds are maintained and functioning with reliabilityPerform system deployments in adherence with change management policies and proceduresConfiguration managementSystem user provisioning and access controlOverall system management responsibility for the eGRC systemAssist in the design and development of management reporting available through the eGRC system including dashboardsAssist with the development and operation of the eGRC system governance structureImplement and support application customization and additional modulesCollaborate with internal customers to identify manual processes suitable for migration into the eGRC systemAssist in developing and providing eGRC system end user training and collateral materialsProvide routine reports to management on eGRC projectsParticipate in an on-call support rotation for providing after-hours supportQualifications KnowledgeAdvanced knowledge of business processes for supported business groupsKnowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards and best practicesKnowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutionsFluency with all aspects of the Archer GRC environment including: administration, reporting, work flows, dashboards, notifications, related applications, feeds, etcStrong understanding of CMDB systems and methodologiesProficiency with administrative tasks including: training, reporting and complianceKnowledge of security frameworks (eg, ISO 27000, NIST, FFIEC, etc)Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure and operationsAdvanced working knowledge of information systems and operations systems for supported business groupsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Visio or comparable process flow design toolsArcher Advanced Administration training and RSA Archer Certified Professional preferredSkillsExperience with API integration in Windows Server environment or related platformsExperience in MS SQLExperience managing MS Windows server environmentsPreferred IIS skillsStrong in the use of Microsoft Office softwareAbility to meet expected delivery dates and the tasks necessary to achieve objectivesStrong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposesAbility to interact with staff at all levelsExcellent writing and speaking skillsStrong people skillsMust be a self-starter and able to manage the investigations function with minimal supervisionAdvance experience with data visualization concepts and toolsAdvanced computer skills and conversance in information technology issuesEducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science preferredExperience2-3 years working within Archer GRC environment preferred3-5 years in Information Technology preferred
