Job Responsibilities:-1- Inventory Management· Ensure that the stock level of the category is within the prescribed limits as per company norms· Monitor the stock cover to maintain optimum stock turns· Tweak forward month buying based on the projected closing stock of the current and forward months. Allocation & replenishment to stores as per capacity & customer profile.Stock rotation in market & Stock monitoring. Create Store level MBQ based on sales opportunity.Ensuring balanced stock positions across stores by analyzing demand forecasts and merchandise projections, NSO’s.2- Strategic Allocation: Making decisions to place the right products in the right stores at the right time to maximize sales and minimize markdowns, tracking allocations against actual dispatches.3-Collaboration: Working closely with buying, planning, and sourcing teams to align inventory with financial and sales objectives.4- Data Analysis: Reviewing sales trends, SKU productivity, and stock imbalances to refine allocation strategies, Identifying slow moving & fast moving SKU’s to execute necessary inter-store transfers & Stock consolidation, fill rate.5- Team Leadership: Managing and training a team of merchandise analysts to execute allocation strategies effectively 6- MIS & Analysis· Generate department wise sales report, hierarchy wise sales and stock report, current month SKU wise sale report, ISQ stock out report, TR tracker report, Promotional trackers & provide insights.Experience : 8 to 12 YearsEducation : Minimum qualification – Graduation in fashion Retail Management / Fashion Management Institute.Key Skills and Attributes: Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, an organized and thorough approach to workGood analytical skillsShould have team handling experience Strong reporting, high on team spirits and prioritizing skillsGood organizational, self-management and goal setting skillsAbility to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasksRelevant experience at a senior level from a value retail background and product knowledge will be added advantage
