Developer Relations Manager About HeLa LabsHeLa Labs (is a dynamic team of innovative developers, engineers, and designers dedicated to building transformative technology that drives the adoption of Web3. Our goal is to build a secure layer 1 blockchain for real-world adoption.We’re looking for a proactive and creative Developer Relations Manager to Build, nurture, and expand a vibrant developer community in India.What Will You Do at HeLa Labs?Build, nurture, and expand a vibrant developer community in India.Organize and lead meetups, hackathons, AMAs, workshops, and other community events (in-person and online).Serve as a visible and approachable representative of the ecosystem in India.Onboard new developers and provide technical guidance on using our blockchain tools, SDKs, and infrastructure.Collect feedback from developers to help improve product, tooling, and documentation.Actively engage on developer channels such as Discord, Telegram, and GitHub.Collaborate with local blockchain projects, startups, universities, and developer groups.Support strategic partners with technical onboarding and community alignment.Create and deliver technical tutorials, workshops, and presentations.Write technical blog posts, guides, and developer documentation in collaboration with the Singapore core team.Work closely with the core engineering and marketing teams in Singapore to align on product messaging, community goals, and ecosystem strategy.Share regular updates and insights from the Indian ecosystem with the core team.Our Ideal Candidates Would Have3+ years experience in software development, ideally with exposure to blockchain technologies (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Web3.js, EVM chains).Previous experience in community building, developer advocacy, or education preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Passion for blockchain, open-source development, and decentralized communities.Based in India with flexibility to collaborate with a Singapore-based team (some overlap in working hours required)What else are waiting for you?Competitive salary100% remote and flexibleBe a part of the future of financial technology by doing something meaningful.Great career development opportunities in a growing companyPassionate and collaborative teamFamily-like environmentUp-level your technical skills and capital market knowledgeMulti-cultural environmentReady to make your mark in Web3?
