Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate information.Assist in organizing recruitment drives and walk-ins.Support pre-employment processes including document collection and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs in collections.Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.Maintain hiring trackers and generate basic reports as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR Good understanding of the collections, Sales or BPO industry is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred Skills:Prior experience hiring for voice process, BPO, or collections rolesStrong networking and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends, if required for walk-in drives.
