Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, especially in pay-in/payout services and connected banking. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive new business opportunities, forge valuable partnerships, and support the expansion of our digital financial services.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard clients and strategic partners for our digital payment and fintech solutions.Promote our offerings including pay-in/payout services, connected banking, and UPI-based platforms.Conduct detailed market research to align our offerings with customer needs and evolving market trends.Implement and manage strategic plans to drive revenue and market penetration.Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success.Work closely with tech and product teams to provide client-specific fintech solutions.Ensure consistent client engagement and deliver an excellent customer experience.Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, digital payments, or banking technology.Strong domain knowledge of pay-in/payout systems, UPI infrastructure, and connected banking.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Candidates must be located in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata.
