You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to humanize our brand and engage our audience.What You’ll DoWrite and curate engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and moreTurn real stories (customer journeys, team culture, behind-the-scenes) into short-form posts, reels, or carouselsAssist in planning and scheduling weekly/monthly social media calendarsAnalyze social media performance and suggest optimization strategiesCollaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership to bring stories to lifeJump on trending formats and memes (where relevant) to keep content fresh and engagingWhat We’re Looking ForExcellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skillsStrong grasp of social media trends, formats, and tools (Canva, Buffer, etc.)A portfolio of past content (can be personal projects, blog, or student-led pages)Curious, self-driven, and able to take feedback constructivelyBonus if you’ve worked with reels, short videos, or newsletter contentWhat You’ll GetMentorship from brand and content leadersA chance to own contentExposure to strategy, growth, and audience-buildingLetter of recommendation + LinkedIn endorsementPotential for PPO (pre-placement offer) based on performance
