We specialize in hiring top-tier talent across Data Science, Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, and Engineering domains.As we scale up our operations in 2025, we are looking to hire passionate US IT Recruiters who are excited to work on high-quality, tech-driven roles and build meaningful careers in the staffing industry.What You’ll Be DoingEnd-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Cloud, and AI/ML verticalsPartner with Account Managers to understand client requirements, target the right talent pool, and strategize candidate outreachSource candidates from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS, and vendor networksConduct detailed technical screening and evaluate candidates for tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, etc.Maintain candidate pipelines, follow-ups, interview coordination, feedback tracking, and closingWork in a fast-paced environment on multiple active roles and ensure timely delivery with qualityWhat We’re Looking For6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to analytics, data science, or cloud hiringStrong understanding of technical skillsets in data, engineering, cloud, and AI/ML domainsExcellent sourcing and screening capabilities; hands-on experience with Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and LinkedIn RecruiterGood communication and interpersonal skills – ability to engage with passive and active candidates alikeFamiliarity with contract, C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models in the US marketAbility to work during US shift timings (EST or PST)Nice to HavePrior experience hiring for roles like Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, AI/ML EngineerExposure to VMS platforms or experience working with consulting firms and product companiesComfortable working with aggressive targets and incentive-driven environmentsWhy Join UsAccess to high-quality tech requirements from leading US clientsOpportunity to work on niche roles with limited competitionTransparent commission and incentive structureTraining and development support for recruiters focused on growthYoung, collaborative, and motivated team with leadership supportWork ScheduleNight Shift only – 6:15 PM to 3:30 AM ISTOnsite at our Hyderabad office – Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB
