We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.Role and ResponsibilitiesLeading Premier Channel development within the assigned region, driving expansion and channel effectiveness.Accountable for establishing a strong distribution framework, executing market development activities, and enhancing overall business accessibility.Designing and executing distribution strategies to ensure long-term, sustainable growth within the partner distribution channel.Managing the B2B retail business by developing and scaling a partnership-based distribution model for life insurance across the designated territory.Providing training, guidance, coaching, and motivation to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team.Taking full ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for the assigned region, ensuring financial performance aligns with business objectives.PrerequisitesMust possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.Should have held a regional leadership position with team management responsibilities.Should have a well-established network of channel partners.Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
