We work with clients across industries to scale their digital presence and revenue.Internship OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outbound Email Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, CRM management, and campaign performance tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in building and managing outbound email campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.Research and compile prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, etc.Write and personalize cold email sequences tailored to target personas.Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and responses.Use CRM/email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar) to manage workflows.Support the team in A/B testing subject lines, copy variations, and sending schedules.Track KPIs and help compile weekly performance reports.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong written communication and copywriting skills.Basic understanding of email marketing principles and tools.Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Familiarity with LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team.What You'll GainHands-on experience with outbound marketing strategies and tools.Exposure to working in a fast-paced digital agency environment.Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.A certificate of internship and a letter of recommendation (upon successful completion).
