Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh for an Area Manager at Carl's Jr. India. The Area Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring sales and performance metrics, implementing company policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Manager will also be involved in training employees, maintaining quality control, and handling customer feedback. Qualifications Experience in managing multiple restaurant locations or similar rolesStrong leadership and team management skillsCustomer service skills and ability to handle customer feedback effectivelyProficiency in performance monitoring and sales analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to implement company policies and ensure complianceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferredExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
