The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all recruitment tasks and providing support across various departments as needed. This role requires someone who is smart, computer-savvy, and fluent in English, both written and spoken. The Recruiter will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and communications daily. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.- Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment materials.- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.- Support various departments with administrative tasks when required.- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.- A positive attitude and great personality; able to communicate well over the phone.- Self-motivated and driven to achieve recruitment goals.
