We value happiness, freedom with responsibility, and a culture of collaborative creativity.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead interior design projects from concept to completion, delivering a standout customer experience.Oversee design and production, coordinating with cross-functional teams.Maintain a focus on design innovation throughout each project phase.Qualifications & Skills2-3 years of experience in interior design.Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Enscape, plus knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Canva.Strong conceptual and technical design skills, including layout planning, material knowledge, and production drawings.Practical site experience (carpentry and civil works knowledge is a plus).Behavioral AttributesResults-driven, ethical team player with strong communication skills.Thrives on learning, creativity, and taking responsibility.Embraces our culture of happiness and design excellence.Working Days & TimingFive-day work week (Tuesday to Saturday).Alternate working Sundays.Monday is a fixed holiday.Work Timings - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
