Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Cloud Backend Developer to join our growing team as a Technical Lead. You will lead backend development for enterprise-grade eCommerce platforms, contribute to architectural decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and is willing to work EST hours.Key Responsibilities:Lead backend development on Cloud .Design scalable and maintainable architectures for complex eCommerce systems.Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (ERPs, CRMs, Payment Gateways, etc.).Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.Mentor and guide junior developers and conduct code reviews.Handle deployments, release management, and performance tuning.Work with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions.Required Skills:5–8 years of experience in backend development.3+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud.Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js preferred) and server-side technologies.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.Knowledge of eCommerce business processes and architecture.Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to Have:Experience with Full Stack (React/Vue on frontend).Previous remote or distributed team experience.Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS.Work Environment:Remote-first team.Collaborative and transparent work culture.Night shift support for US-based clients (5 PM – 2 AM EST).Opportunity to lead technically and grow into solution architecture roles.
