Title: Salesforce Solution ArchitectLocation: RemoteExperience: 8+Mode: Full TimeResponsibilitiesSalesforce solution Architect JDJob Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem and act as a trusted advisor for business and technical teams, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions that align with strategic goals.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions• Design end-to-end architecture and integration patterns across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle• Create architecture documents including solution blueprints, data models, system flows, and integration diagrams• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders• Ensure best practices are followed across Apex, Lightning components, APIs, and third-party integrations• Evaluate new Salesforce features and provide recommendations for adoption• Lead data migration, system integration, and deployment strategies• Conduct code reviews and enforce security, performance, and scalability standards• Provide mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications:• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience• 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform features• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs• Experience with integrations using Mulesoft, Informatica, or custom APIs• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security architecture• Salesforce certifications such as:o Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architecto Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)o Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Admin, etc.________________________________________Preferred Skills:• Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup for Salesforce deployments• Exposure to industry-standard compliance and data protection practices________________________________________Education:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field________________________________________Why Join Us:• Opportunity to work on high-impact Salesforce implementations• Collaborative and inclusive work culture• Career advancement and continuous learning support• Competitive compensation and benefits
