Role & Responsibilities:Manage multiple end-to-end implementations for clients simultaneously, acting in the role of SAP Concur Functional/Implementation Consultant, encompassing the following responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation of the solution by wave/phaseManage multiple concurrent complex, global, multi-phased implementations following SAP Concur’s implementation methodologyProvide business acumen for external clients and strive to understand the business problem we are solving to best configure the system and exceed client expectationsWork and collaborate with the Client Project Manager to prioritise workload and agree on client SLACollect all As-Is documentation of existing business processes based on available documentation from the client (These will be used as a point of reference for mapping to the To-Be processes)Recommend To-Be high-level process map for Travel Authorization, Employee Expense Entry, and Project Expenses (consisting of high-level gap analysis from as-is and to-be for key gaps)Create a global client T&E process template and promote client template positioning and adherence during the deploymentsGather, define and document business requirementsFacilitate prioritisation process for requirementsConduct fit-gap analyses and functional design sessionsUpdate business requirements based on assessment recommendationsLiaise with client team members and FinTrans internal resources to affirm the understanding of client requirements and ensure clear communicationsCreate and deliver functional documentation, such as CID (Concur Implementation Document), newly developed T&E policies, and process documentationResponsible for managing the global template/baseline configuration developmentProvide guidance and best practices on optimal configuration options to meet client needs, and guide clients through key decisions such as approval or rejection of deviations from the T&E global process template and trade-offs to maintain project scope and timelineSet up credit card feeds, validate feed connectivity, and plan & execute credit card related cut-over tasksPerform issue identification, communications, and resolutions for moderately complex issuesCommunicate client issue status and progress consistently and regularly as per schedule to the project managerAdvise and consult on the key field and format level across all key integrations from and to SAP Concur – employee import, list import (for cost objects), attendee import, and standard accounting extract.Display expertise on integration points, custom fields, formats or transfer mechanismsProvide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Base Test Plans, detailed Test Plans for UAT, and detailed/step-by-step test scripts for UATVerify data for testing activities and assemble and set up data for testing activitiesSupport UAT test executionAfter go-live, provide configuration related hyper care supportEnsure project implementations are within the defined timeframe of completion with status updates to the client teamWork collaboratively with internal parties to administer the client-side, meet/exceed productivity targets, achieve accuracy with projections, and foster high customer satisfaction scores to ensure value-added FinTrans services to our clientsLocations: India (Remote)
