This role is ideal for a developer with strong technical capabilities, fluent English communication skills, and the flexibility to work in alignment with Mountain Time (MT) business hours (ideally between 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM MT or within that range).Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using best practices.Build custom themes, plugins, and integrations as needed.Ensure websites meet modern performance standards, including Core Web Vitals.Collaborate with team members on design implementation, troubleshooting, and feature development.Optimize websites for SEO, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions across platforms.Requirements:3+ years of professional experience with WordPress development.Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.Experience working with APIs and RESTful services.Proficiency in using Git for version control.Solid understanding of modern UX/UI principles.Comfortable working remotely with tools like Slack, ClickUp, or Jira.Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.Willingness to work during MT hours (preferred: India, Philippines, or other Asian regions).Nice to Have:Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.Familiarity with Hotwire, React, or modern JS frameworks.Experience with performance tools and deployment workflows.Schedule & Availability:Remote positionMust be available to work during Mountain Time (MT) hours.
