Location: RemoteExperience: 7+ years About the Role:The CRO team plays a crucial role in enhancing digital experiences and driving growth for clients through rigorous experimentation and behavioural analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on using data, design thinking, and experimentation to turn insights into measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and analyse A/B, multivariate, and split tests using tools like VWO, Google Optimise, or Optimizely.Conduct funnel analysis, user journey mapping, and identify conversion bottlenecks using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, GTM, or Adobe Analytics.Create and manage a structured experimentation roadmap aligned with business KPIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, analysts, and account managers.Deliver data-backed insights and CRO reports to stakeholders to guide product and marketing strategies.Mentor and guide junior analysts or CRO team members (for Head-level roles).Requirements:Strong experience with CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimise, Crazy Egg, etc.).Proficient in GA4, GTM, and user behaviour analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity).Understanding of UI/UX principles, behavioural psychology, and digital marketing funnels.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus, especially for test implementation.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Prior agency experience or managing multiple client projects is highly preferred (for Head roles).Nice to Have:Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C experimentation.Familiarity with dashboard tools like Looker Studio / Data Studio.Ability to lead CRO strategy across brands, working autonomously and collaboratively.
