As we expand our footprint in the U.S. market, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive lead generation, build a sales pipeline, and achieve revenue goals through strategic business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:•   Develop & execute lead generation strategies targeting mid-tier & enterprise clients in the U.S. •   Build & maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly targets. •   Identify potential customers, understand their IT needs & position InnoveusIT’s solutions effectively. •   Generate & qualify leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns & networking. •   Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closure. •   Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to create targeted pitches.•   Target $10Mn revenue yearly with growth of 30% Y-Y.•   Develop relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads) to drive business discussions. •   Present IT solutions, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.•   Provide accurate sales forecasts & insights to leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications:•     10+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development (U.S. market focus).•     Proven success in lead generation & closing IT services deals (Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, AI, IT Infra, App Dev). strong understanding of above-mentioned services. •     Expertise in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & sales automation platforms.•     Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.•     Ability to work in U.S. time zones while collaborating with global teams.•     A strategic, result-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.What We Offer:✅ Competitive base salary + high-performance incentives ✅ Opportunity to lead and scale IT sales in the U.S. market ✅ Exposure to high-value enterprise deals & digital transformation projects ✅ Remote work flexibility with collaboration across global teams ✅ Career growth opportunities in IT sales leadership rolesHow to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume and a brief cover letter to Info@ and amit@ with the subject: "Application – Sales Lead (US IT Sales)"
