Job Title: Business Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Experience: 8 to 12 Years Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Key Skills Required: Strong experience in Health Insurance topics/platforms Hands-on with BRDs, user stories, workflows, UAT support Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and BPMN tools (BizAgi, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.) Preferred: Candidates from the Insurance domain background
