Job Description

We’re looking to hire a rockstar Account Manager in our Customer Success Team to enable customer success, maintain lasting relationships and identify upselling opportunities for our accounts. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. This is a customer facing role and apart from a fixed pay (INR 6LPA) it also pays-out attractive performance based incentives. Responsibilities:Onboarding new customers and helping them set up their Classcard accountRegularly checking-in and engagement with customers to gather feedback and improve software usabilityEncouraging use of advanced features, cross-selling, and up-selling featuresEmpathize with customers’ needs and offer solutions to fulfill their needsFind innovative ways to engage customers for relationship building and reduce churnCustomer interactions are a part of your everyday life - You know how to identify the customers who need the most attention and you build solid relationships with themHandle escalations and resolve client issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and account changes using CRM tools.Qualifications:You have 1-2 years experience in account management, preferably in SaaS or a technology companyYou understand technology systems and know how to navigate through them while also coaching and training your clients on itYou enjoy interacting with people and are always up for new challengesYou have excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou have worked with excel and google sheets and understand the basicsDetail oriented and analyticalDemonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
