Job Title: Junior US Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years Location: "Onsite" in Begumpet Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior US Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a strong understanding of technical recruitment and working with candidates on W2 employment (both Full-time and Contract roles). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in technical recruitment in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking.Work primarily on W2 positions (Full-Time and Contract).Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating pay rates, and closing candidates.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.Develop a clear understanding of job requirements and communicate effectively with candidates.Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaborate with account managers and team leads to meet client hiring needs.Requirements:0.6 – 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience working on W2 roles (both Full-Time and Contract positions).Prior experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles is highly preferred.Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2/1099/C2C), and employment types.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), and LinkedIn sourcing.Benefits:Competitive salary + incentivesExposure to top-tier clients and technologiesCareer growth and learning opportunitiesSupportive team environmentApply now if you're ready to kick-start or grow your career in US IT Staffing with a high-performing team!
