We handle compliance, payroll, taxation, and local HR support—so our clients can focus on scaling globally, without borders or bottlenecks.We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager with deep expertise in EOR sales and a strong understanding of international workforce expansion.Role OverviewThis role is laser-focused on identifying, pitching, and closing high-value global clients for Recrivio’s EOR offerings. You’ll work with CXOs, founders, HR heads, and legal teams across geographies to drive conversations around international hiring, compliance, and workforce agility.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the EOR Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closure—pitching our EOR value proposition to global SMBs, startups, and mid-sized enterprises.Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate high-potential markets such as the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and APAC regions.Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges (legal, compliance, speed of hiring) and position Recrivio’s EOR solutions as strategic enablers.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, manage multi-stage deal flows, and report revenue forecasts.Collaborate with Ops & Legal: Work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, local compliance checks, and SLA adherence.Represent Recrivio at Global Events: Attend industry webinars, virtual expos, and EOR-focused communities to amplify Recrivio’s brand.Ideal Candidate3–7 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 2+ years selling EOR, PEO, or global payroll/compliance solutionsProven success in closing international clients in North America, Europe, or MENAStrong grasp of global HR, labor laws, and remote hiring trendsConfident communicator—able to pitch to C-level stakeholders and handle high-value negotiationsHands-on with sales tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.Self-starter with a growth mindset and outcome-oriented approachNice to HaveExperience working at companies like Deel, , Oyster, Papaya Global, Safeguard Global, or similarNetwork of HR, legal, or finance decision-makers in global companiesFamiliarity with the startup and venture capital ecosystemWhat You’ll GetCompetitive compensation + performance-based incentivesHigh ownership role with direct access to foundersOpportunity to shape Recrivio’s global EOR sales strategyFast-paced, transparent, and purpose-driven work cultureInternational exposure and rapid career growthTo ApplyPlease apply with your updated resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your EOR sales experience and global client wins.
