Job Description:The Support Analyst(s) need to have foundational skills & experience with InfoSec Support OpsGood communication, neutral accent. Experience with troubleshooting issues in Endpoint PCs, Servers, Firewalls, VPN clients and other similar tools or practices.Experience with AV tools, vulnerability scanning/mgmt platforms, phishing prevention practices and other similar tools or practices..Experience with SentinelOne Singularity Platform is a big plus.Responding to Incidents, Tracking, Coordination & Triaging of Incoming requests related to threats, vulnerabilities & alerts from different sources to Enterprise & Regional teams for remediation.
