Key Responsibilities Job Posting & Sourcing:Post job openings on job portals and social media. Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Screening & Coordination:Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria. Conduct initial HR screenings (via phone or email). Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Documentation & Follow-up:Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates and internal teams during the recruitment process. Onboarding Support:Assist in pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes. Employer Branding Support:Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms. Skills Required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail Basic knowledge of HR tools (Excel, ATS is a plus) Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and prioritize work
