JOB PURPOSE To develop, manage, and implement NEI's digital transformation strategy programs and to institutionalise the adoption and utilization of technology change in processes around key areas in alignment with business goals in accordance with the overall roadmap. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Program Management : Jointly work with functional teams to implement different use cases across value chain, track business performance metrics (as applicable) post system implementation and report to management Understand latest technology trends and implement them in use-cases Change Management : Continuously keep track of Industrial best practices being followed, processes and replicate them in company Knowledge sharing sessions with latest technology trends Conduct training & awareness sessions to build digital capabilities within the Organization Process Improvement initiatives : Working as an Internal Consultant for Industry – continuously look for potential opportunities, threats in long term; put forward to relevant stakeholders and work for resolving them Organize diagnostic business process improvement initiatives to assess current gaps across applications, processes with use of quality / design thinking tools, structuring the feedbacks from stakeholders & deriving logical conclusions Experience : 6 -8 Years Educational Qualification : B.Tech & MBA (Preferred) / Certification courses Technical Skills : 1) Basics of IT 2) Understanding of Technical Architecture ,Database and SQL 3) Familiarity with AI
