We, Naman Staffing, are hiring for one of our clients which is into Electrical Equipment's manufacturing Further Job opening details are as below Job Description: One of the leading names into Electrical Equipment Job Requirements Exp-14+ Years experience in Sales & Services- Business Development from Power transformer/ Power oil/ Power motor/ Bushing/ power cables/ power generator/ similar industries Qualification – Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field Job location- Vadodara, Gujarat Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Lead the retrofit sales strategy for transformer bushings across government and private sectors. • Manage key accounts • Handle tendering, customer negotiations, product approvals, and order closures. • Build strong customer relationships and maintain an updated sales pipeline. • Drive lead generation, RFQ conversions, and strategic alliances to expand market share. Project & Operations Management • Oversee end-to-end execution of retrofit projects: site survey, dimension and GTP scoping, application end use scoping and understanding, enabling Engineering team with sufficient data and inputs for interchangeable retrofit development. • Ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of services across PAN India sites. • Monitor order execution and profitability aligned with budgeted goals and estimated MSR for retrofits division. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, logistics, finance) for seamless execution. Technical Expertise • Provide technical guidance to customers in transformer and transformer bushing health assessment/condition monitoring, retrofitting strategies, and maintenance. • Recommend technical upgrades for energy efficiency and lifecycle extension. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of service engineers, technicians, and site coordinators PAN India. • Ensure performance monitoring, skill development, and deployment planning.
