About the Role: As the Marcom & Customer Lead, you will be at the heart of shaping our customer engagement strategy and driving rural brand communication. Key Responsibilities: Develop and adapt brand communication across platforms (ATL, BTL, digital) in sync with product strategy Drive customer engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, and field-level activations Partner with zonal teams and crop solution leads for region-specific execution Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize communication touchpoints Ideal Candidate: ✔️ 8–15 years of experience in agri/rural marketing or customer communications ✔️ Background in agri-inputs, rural FMCG, or allied sectors preferred ✔️ Strong grasp of customer insights, content creation, and on-ground activations ✔️ Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
