Job Title: Conversational AI Engineer Experience Level: 3+ years in Conversational AI and 5+ years of Software development experience. About the Role: We are looking for a Conversational AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent chatbot solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms—preferably Microsoft’s—and a solid understanding of NLP, dialog systems, and enterprise integrations. Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks is a strong plus, as we aim to build more autonomous and context-aware digital agents. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy conversational bots using Microsoft BOT Framework, Azure BOT Services, and Power Virtual Agents. Design and implement dialog flows, NLP models, and multi-turn conversations. Integrate bots with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and backend developers. Explore and implement Agentic AI capabilities to enhance bot intelligence and autonomy. Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of bot applications. Monitor bot performance and continuously improve user experience and functionality. Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices in BOT development. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in Conversational AI. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Conversational AI tools (BOT Framework, Azure BOT Services, LUIS, Power Virtual Agents). Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of NLP, dialog management, and conversation design. Experience integrating bots with APIs and backend systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain Agents, BabyAGI). Familiarity with other Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa). Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and LLM orchestration. Experience with agile development and DevOps practices. Microsoft Azure AI certifications or equivalent.
