About the Role: We are seeking a Procurement Intern to support our procurement and supply chain operations across high-impact projects in aviation and defense. The role offers exposure to end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, tender documentation, and strategic sourcing. This internship is an opportunity to work directly with industry leaders, gain hands-on experience in one of India’s fastest-growing sectors, and could lead to a full-time placement based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and onboarding vendors, both domestic and international Support in preparing RFQs, purchase orders, and bid documents Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners for timely delivery Maintain procurement trackers, cost sheets, and documentation Help ensure compliance with tender, defense, and regulatory requirements Research and analyze procurement trends and pricing benchmarks Who We're Looking For: Students or recent graduates in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields Strong communication, analytical, and organizationals skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment Prior exposure to procurement or government projects is a plus (not mandatory) What We Offer: Hands-on experience with high-value defense and aviation procurement Mentorship from industry experts and senior leadership Exposure to GeM, MoD, AAI, and other government procurement systems Certificate of internship + strong consideration for a full-time role post-internship
