Job Title: Closing Sales ManagerLocation: Ridhira Zen – Nanakaramguda, HyderabadExperience Required: 6–10 years in Real Estate Closing SalesIndustry Preference: Real Estate / High-end Residential / Luxury Villas or ApartmentsPosition Summary:The Closing Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end closing process of high-value real estate transactions at Ridhira Zen. This includes building strong rapport with potential buyers, driving final negotiations, converting leads into confirmed sales, ensuring all documentation and compliance, and providing a premium customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, experience in closing high-ticket residential projects, and a customer-first attitude.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Deal ClosureEngage with qualified leads from pre-sales and site visit teams to drive conversion.Conduct product walkthroughs, financial discussions, and closure meetings.Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals to meet revenue targets.Customer Relationship ManagementServe as the single point of contact for prospective clients during the final stages of the sales journey.Maintain a relationship-driven approach to gain customer trust and referrals.Documentation & ComplianceCoordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams for timely execution of agreements (e.g., Sale Agreement, AFS, and MoU).Ensure 100% compliance in booking forms, KYC documentation, and payment schedules.Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with finance and operations for timely invoicing, payment collection, and handover support.Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales team to refine customer targeting and feedback loops.Sales Reporting & MISMaintain daily/weekly sales MIS reports with lead status, closure status, and revenue metrics.Track individual performance against monthly/quarterly targets.Key Skills & Competencies:Proven experience in closing sales for luxury residential real estate projects.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.In-depth understanding of RERA regulations and property documentation.Strong follow-up and client servicing capabilities.Qualifications:Only MBA Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in closing roles.Compensation & Incentives:Fixed CTC: As per industry standardsPerformance Incentives: Lucrative commission structure linked to closure valueBenefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, medical insurance, etc.Share cv at anusha@ /whattsapp:
