This individual will drive marketing strategy and digital media campaigns, develop compelling digital and visual content, generate high-quality leads, creatively execute high-quality immersive visualizations (renders, walkthroughs, VR/AR), and masterfully utilize AI and automation tools to create scalable marketing systems.The ideal candidate blends strategic insight, marketing prowess, creative vision, and technological expertise—ensuring NKJC remains at the forefront of real estate advisory.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Translate market intelligence and competitive analysis into actionable insights. - Build and maintain NKJC’s thought leadership and industry visibility.2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management- Own and grow the digital footprint across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). - Run full-funnel digital campaigns, optimizing SEO, SEM, and paid performance marketing. - Implement organic content strategies that reflect brand sophistication and strategic positioning.3. Lead Generation & CRM Integration- Design and implement performance-based lead generation funnels with measurable KPIs. - Integrate marketing automations with CRM tools to manage, nurture, and convert leads. - Build landing pages, track conversions, and ensure clean funnel architecture.4. Advanced Content Creation & Storytelling- Write, edit, and refine high-impact content (blogs, articles, thought pieces, newsletters). - Design and produce branded assets including graphics, videos, animations, and reels. - Drive creative direction, from concept to delivery, ensuring storytelling is aligned with the firm’s ethos.5. Immersive Visualization & Creative Tech- Oversee the creation of cutting-edge renders, 3D walkthroughs, interactive showcases, and VR/AR content. - Collaborate with visual artists, architects, or in-house teams to deliver presentation-ready immersive media. - Innovate on property showcase formats, elevating them with digital-first sophistication.6. AI, GPT Integration & Marketing Automation- Harness AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for content generation, campaign automation, and market research. - Deploy and maintain smart automations using platforms like Zapier, , or HubSpot. - Leverage AI to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and enhance personalization.7. Web & App Development Oversight (Preferred)- Manage improvements, UX enhancements, and structural updates for company websites and apps. - Collaborate with developers or apply working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to support agile deployment.8. Brand Management & Strategic Communication- Uphold and elevate the NKJC brand identity across all touchpoints. - Plan and execute brand campaigns, investor communications, and high-end real estate positioning. - Lead public relations efforts with industry publications and media partners.9. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization- Define and monitor campaign KPIs across platforms. - Prepare and present insights-backed reports to management for data-informed decisions. - Continuously iterate marketing plans based on analytics and A/B testing outcomes.10.
