The success of individuals at the workplace determines our success.Your RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and self-driven IT Recruiter who can also perform Business Development (BDM) activities, specializing in the US IT staffing market with a focus on W2 contract and full-time placements. This WFH role combines talent acquisition with client relationship management to drive business growth and talent delivery.Responsibilities:Recruitment (70% Focus):Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals for W2 contract and full-time opportunities.Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to identify top candidates.Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and fit for client needs.Negotiate terms with consultants (especially W2), including pay rates, work authorization (GC, USC), and availability.Maintain and update ATS systems and recruitment trackers.Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers with clients and candidates.Ensure onboarding processes are completed for selected candidates.Business Development (30% Focus):Identify and develop new business opportunities with end clients, MSPs, and preferred vendors.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers in US-based client organizations.Generate and follow up on leads for new contract and full-time W2 staffing positions.Understand client needs, market trends, and competitor landscape to position the company as a top staffing partner.Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients.Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements promptly.Requirements:Experience: 3–7 years in US IT recruitment, with proven experience in W2 staffing.BDM Exposure: 1–3 years in lead generation, client acquisition, or account management within US IT staffing.Familiarity with US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, CPT/OPT) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).Strong network of potential candidates and/or clients in the US market.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven negotiation skills with candidates and clients.Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to multitask.
