Job Description:As a Business Development Manager your responsibility will be to increase our market share. The ideal candidate must reside in Gurgaon, New Delhi, Faridabad, and be able to step in and sell Netweb’s product portfolio i.e. Data Centre (Servers/Storage) DC/DR solutions, Standalone Servers/Workstations solutions into targeted vertical markets, build and manage individual resources and thrive in a challenging environment. For more info regarding our products please visit Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (otherduties may also be assigned)Develop strategic sales goals.Qualify leads and creating targetlists of enterprise or data center accounts.Seek out potential customers (e.g., Government Organizations / Educational, Institutes/ Research Organizations etc. ) through cold calling and follow-up customervisitsParticipate in marketingactivities such as trade shows to generateleads.Strategically position Netweb Technologies’ products and servicesDevelop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts.Expand existing clientaccounts for retentionand growth.Negotiate various typesof contracts.Manage day-to-day sales operations.Negotiate sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating sales returns Other relevant dutiesas assigned by management.Qualifications we seek in you-Fluent in Englishlanguage is mandatory, additional locallanguages would be an advantage.Upto 8-10 years of experience with selling computerhardware solutions to, channel, data centre or enterprise accounts.Successful track recordwith credible cold calling and follow-up with key decisionmakers.Strong team player.Prior experience sellingtechnology into corporateaccounts.Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.Polished verbal, writtenand presentation skills.Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven abilityto manage multipletasks.Professionalism combined with a passionfor creativity.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverseculture.
