The ideal candidate is not only proficient in design principles but also comfortable integrating AI tools (like Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) into their workflow to speed up and elevate the creative process.Key Responsibilities:Design high-converting ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, and other digital channels.Create scroll-stopping visuals for paid campaigns, landing pages, emailers, social media, and more.Use AI design tools and prompts to develop fast mockups, concept art, and variations.Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and video editors to align creatives with campaign goals.Stay updated with current design trends, ad formats, and creative strategies.Maintain and organize creative assets and templates for ongoing use.A/B test visual concepts and iterate based on performance data.Skills & Requirements:Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.Working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Leonardo.ai, Canva Magic Design).Strong understanding of design for digital advertising (especially for performance-driven campaigns).Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking with a growth marketing mindset.Minimum 1-3 Years Of Experience Preferred.
