We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director with deep expertise in Google Ads and performance marketing. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can lead large-scale paid campaigns, manage high budgets, and deliver measurable results that drive business growth.Your Role:Develop and lead paid media strategies with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.) Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns, ensuring efficiency and exceeding ROI targets Lead and mentor the paid media team, aligning campaign execution with business goals Analyze performance data using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced attribution models Collaborate closely with product, creative, and content teams to execute integrated campaigns Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, tools, and technologies and apply them in strategyRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads Proven track record managing ad budgets of $60,000–$100,000+ per month Deep understanding of performance tracking, conversion optimization, and user behavior analytics Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills Background in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods is a plus Excellent leadership, project management, and team-building abilitiesWhat you’ll get at Uniqlo: Competitive salary with high-performance bonuses (to be discussed during interview) Creative, performance-focused working environment Autonomy to design and lead strategy across paid media channels Opportunity to grow with a global brand and make a significant impact
