We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – AEC to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the AEC ecosystem and be skilled at selling technical solutions or services that support design, planning, construction, and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the AEC industry to promote our solutions, products, or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers. Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in the CRM system. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AEC. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 3+ years of sales experience in the AEC industry or selling solutions to AEC professionals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the AEC project lifecycle and procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Experience selling software (e.g., BIM, CAD, project management tools) or technology solutions to the AEC market. Knowledge of tools such as Vectorwork, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms. Established network of industry contacts in the AEC sector.
