About the Role: Mercelys is growing stronger in Tamil Nadu! We’re looking for two dynamic Zonal Managers to help lead our presence in the state. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and market expansion in the assigned zone Build and manage high-performing distributor and sales teams Execute zonal marketing strategies in sync with national goals Ensure timely reporting, target achievement, and brand visibility What We’re Looking For:  Minimum 8 years of experience in sales & distribution (preferably FMCG/Food & Beverage) – with at least 5 years in the Tamil Nadu market Graduate degree mandatory; Management degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills In-depth knowledge of Tamil Nadu market dynamics Fluency in Tamil is a must – local communication is key Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):  Sales Target Achievement: Monthly and quarterly sales targets by region Channel Growth: Onboarding and retention of distributors and sub-distributors Brand Visibility: Execution of in-market activations and visibility benchmarks Product Penetration: Range selling across retail and modern trade Reporting Discipline: Timely submission of reports and MIS with accuracy Team Management: Hiring, training & performance monitoring of sales force Perks & Benefits:  Work with one of India’s most promising ice cream brands  Fast-paced, growth-focused environment Attractive compensation and performance-based incentives
