Aspire & Succeed HR is hiring an Expansion Head for a Rapidly growing company in the Education space, backed by marquee investors.Location: Mumbai & BengaluruRoles & Responsibilities:● Lead end-to-end expansion of schools from scratch via the brownfield model.● Identify and evaluate new school partnership opportunities.● Drive P&L understanding and performance for each new school project.● Negotiate with school owners and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.● Monitor project milestones and resolve operational roadblocks.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION● Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in school expansion, preferably within the K-12 ecosystem.● Demonstrated success in setting up multiple schools.● Strong analytical and communication skills.● Proven ability to manage large-scale negotiations.● Deep understanding of school operations and financial modeling.● MBA from a Tier 1 college.
