We specialise in the design anddelivery of Class 1 residential projects—combining technical excellence withpractical, buildable solutions. We are now looking for a skilled Structural Engineer /Team Leader to drive our India operations and help shape the future of residentialengineering delivery.Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of engineers and drafters in India Deliver structural design for Australian Class 1 residential buildings Review drawings, mark-ups, and ensure timely project delivery Coordinate with our Australian office and clients regularly Implement and maintain design standards and QA processes Mentor junior engineers and support their developmentQualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural design Previous experience with Australian Standards (AS 2870, AS 3600, AS4100, etc.) is highly preferred Proficiency in structural software such as SpaceGass, RAPT, Microstran, orequivalent Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills Very fluent in spoken and written English – must be confident inconducting meetings and professional conversations with overseas clients Experience in Class 1 residential projects is a major plusWhat We Offer Opportunity to work on high-quality Australian projects from India Lead the India-based team and grow with the company Flexible and professional working environment Competitive salary based on experience Long-term career growth with direct mentorship from senior engineersApply NowSend your CV and a short cover letter to admin@.auCome help us build the future of residential design—one project at a time.
