We are hiring a full-time NZ Study Visa and Career Counselling Specialist to join our remote team based in India.This role is ideal for someone with experience in online education consulting or student recruitment, and a proven ability to convert leads while offering meaningful, career-aligned guidance to students.You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads—there is no cold calling. Your responsibility will be to qualify leads through structured conversations, assess eligibility and affordability, offer early-stage career counselling, and help students understand our 5A pathway before progressing them into a formal consultation.Please note that a working knowledge of New Zealand’s student visa process and education system is essential for this role. This is not a generalist counselling position—it requires familiarity with NZ-specific admission and immigration pathways.Key ResponsibilitiesQualify inbound student leads through CRM and digital platforms.Conduct structured screening to assess eligibility and financial readiness.Provide early-stage, career-aligned course advice based on student goalsClearly explain our structured 5A approach and servicesCoordinate document collection and prepare students for senior consultation.Support visa-related processes under the direction of a licensed consultant.tWe are looking for someone who:Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in student counselling, online education sales, or visa advisoryHolds a graduate degree in any fieldHas a strong track record of converting online leads or consultative salesIs well-versed with New Zealand’s education and visa framework (required)Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidentlyIs familiar with CRM tools and comfortable in a tech-enabled environmentIs self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote settingEligibility Requirement (Work Setup)To ensure a smooth remote working experience, candidates must have:A home office setup with a personal laptop or desktopA stable internet connection capable of supporting video callsA quiet, professional environment suitable for online counselling and video consultationsHiring ProcessTo apply, please send your CV along with a brief cover letter explaining why you’re interested in this role and how your experience aligns with it.
