You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build features that improve user experience, drive growth, and align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and market trends Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features Analyze user behavior, product performance, and feedback to drive improvements Prioritize tasks and maintain the product backlog Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities Monitor KPIs and generate product performance reports Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Passion for eCommerce and user-centric design Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Good to Have: Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) Understanding of UI/UX principles Prior experience in a D2C or eCommerce environment Why Join Us?
