DIRECT CREDIT EMPLOYEE’s BENEFIT POLICY Company future prospect:  We are not a corporate DSA (Direct Selling Agent). Our organization is currently in the process of obtaining NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) registration, and we will be operating as a registered NBFC in the near future. Note: We are not sacrifices form company policy. 1.    Employee Benefits Policy Provident Fund (PF), Statutory Leaves, Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Gratuity, Lucrative Incentive, Group Insurance Coverage up to ₹10 Lakhs (Including Family, (Parents & Wife with two Kids), Free Lunch Facility Fixed  ₹3LPA (Minimum) if the salary is Up to 6LPA the insurance amount will ₹25 Lakhs (Including Family, (Parents & Wife with two Kids), *Salary Increment: Salary increment will do with in three month (It is purely based on performance)* Note: Salary is fixed; however, achieving assigned targets remains mandatory as per performance guidelines. 2.    Performance Bonus: o  Employees who achieve their targets and strictly adhere to company policies for six consecutive months will be eligible for a bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary . o  If the employee continues to meet targets and comply with company policies for an additional six months, they will be entitled to an additional bonus of 15 days’ salary . 3.    Diwali Bonus:o  A Diwali bonus will be awarded based on employee performance and adherence to company policies . *Diwali bonus will be including Car or other (there is no limit of benefit) it is purely base of performance*. 4.    Travel Incentive:o  Employees who consistently achieve their targets and comply with company policies for eight consecutive months will be eligible for two travel tickets as a reward. 5.    Referral Bonus:o  For Executive Level (PL & BL): INR 1,000/- o  For Executive Level Mortgage Department: INR 2,000/- o  Salary-Based Referral Bonus:§ If the referred candidate’s salary falls between INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000 , the referral bonus will be INR 7,500 . § If the referred candidate’s salary exceeds INR 1,00,000 , the referral bonus will be INR 15,000 . o  Note: The referral bonus will be disbursed to the referring employee only after the referred candidate successfully completes six months of employment with the company.  6.    Weekend Offs:o  All Sundays, second Saturdays of each month will be designated as Week off days . Note: If a team is required to work on a Saturday to meet targets , no compensatory off will be provided. All employees are expected to adhere to these policies to ensure smooth operations and maintain eligibility for the mentioned benefits. No. of vacancy: 200 Note: We are looking immediate joiners only Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales. Develop a pipeline of potential customers through market mapping and relationship building. Loan Processing: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products. Collect and verify documents for loan applications. Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing and disbursement. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Ensure quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and rejections. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to management on market and customer insights. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate (MBA preferred) Experience: 4–7 years of experience in sales of mortgage loans Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused approach Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Knowledge of local property markets and documentation Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with NBFCs/Banks/Corporate DSA.
