About the Position:This position is responsible for performing physical job applications on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, The Ladders, Recruiter Websites, and Company websites for our clients. Initially, these positions will be researched and saved by India based Director of Recruiting and Job Search. These applications will be primarily focused on the United States, UK, and European Union.Upon a successful 3 months of employment, the position can be promoted to a Manager level, with an increase in hourly pay and bonuses. This new role role would be focused on researching those positions for each of our clients.Besides all the qualities and mentioned above, we believe that the following will be essential for success:Minimum of 5 years of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience will be requiredExcellence in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams and have demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. A Microsoft Windows (10/11) and MS Office Suite test will be implemented and passing results will be required for employment.An English proficiency exam (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension) will also be required with passing results required.Detailed knowledge of various job boards / job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, and other industry specific job boards) required.Demonstrate highest standards of integrity, ethics and sense of discretion in sensitive or confidential matters.
