The ideal candidate will bring positivity, structure, and enthusiasm to the workplace while ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Must have experience managining entire requirement cycle from sourcing till onboarding. - Take initiative to ideate and execute employee engagement programs. - Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date. - Assist in policy implementation and compliance - Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR. - Experience in using job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Strong communication skills. - Good understanding of different roles and industries for sourcing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic, approachable, and proactive personality. - Ability to handle multiple positions - Construction industry exposure is added advantage. - Comfortable working full-time from the office.
