Job Title: HRIS Specialist –Workday implementationReports To: Sr. Manager, Workday HRISLocation: PuneExperience Required: 8–12 YearsJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist to implement the transformation of HRIS platform from TalentSoft to Workday. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable a successful Workday implementationAnalyze HR business requirements and configure Workday modules accordinglySupport data migration activities including mapping, validation, and testingDevelop and conduct training sessions for HR and business users on Workday functionalityOffer post-go-live support and ensure system stability and user adoptionTroubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently and effectivelyPartner with HR and IT stakeholders to continuously improve system capabilities and user experienceRequired Qualifications:8–12 years of experience in HRIS systems, preferably with TalentSoftHands-on experience in system implementation.Strong knowledge of HR functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, time-off, benefits, and performance managementExposure to Workday (hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
