About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in technical hiring and US hiring for Non-IT roles across mid-to-senior levels. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing strategies, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps) and US-based Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Operations, Customer Support, HR, Finance). - Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, Boolean search). - Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidates' fitment, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and skill gaps. - Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high candidate experience. - Handle US time-zone hiring coordination and ensure compliance with US labor market norms and practices. - Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment dashboards.-Requirements- Minimum 5 years+ of experience in Talent Acquisition, with recent exposure to both Technical Hiring and US Non-IT Hiring. - Strong understanding of hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and market insights in the US geography. - Proven track record of handling multiple requisitions and closing roles within deadlines. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with various ATS tools and recruitment CRMs.Eligibility CriteriaPlease Note: Do not apply if you have not been continuously employed with your current company for the last 2 years.
